Example - When you're measuring the upper thigh on your denim jeans and you would like them wider measure to your preferred width & input that measurement when ordering. A good range to start at is 2"+ of ease for a noticeable difference in width. For length, that's true to size and your full preference.

When you've Clicked the Icon and Downloaded the Form - Open the website in Safari (Extended Browser) Click "Aa" in the URL Browser and select "Downloads" The Downloaded Form will appear in your Files App on your iPhone. When you're inside the Files App select & hold the "Zip File" and select "Get Info" to save the Full Quality image. Save the Form to your email and print.
