Below are all of our current services, we call this the take -- time experience

Repair Order Process

 

 

Request a Repair through the Repairs page or the Order Request Form below with a detailed description & multiple photos of what you would like done. A rough estimate will be provided with options & details.

 

Once a rough estimate is provided, purchase the "Queue Placement" deposit of $100. This will confirm your order and secure your placement in our limited queue. (The $100 goes towards your order.)

 

Once you've purchased the Queue Placement, you'll receivea confirmation via email. Then Print & Enclose a copy of the "Mail-in Form" in your package. When you ship your package your carrier will provide you with a detailed tracking number.

 

When I receive your package, I will contact you confirming I received your package. After I inspect the order, I will contact you by phone or via FaceTime to discuss all details with the final cost.

 

Once we agree to all details, 80% of the projects total cost will be paid in order to start the project. Via Zelle Bank transfer, Venmo, Credit/Debit, or In-person Cash are accepted. You may also select a payment plan with interest & a 50% upfront deposit. All payments & design options will be recorded on a finalized proposal with an invoice attached via email.

 

After the project is complete, I will contact you via email, by phone, or text with final photos and the final payment of the remaining balance. Once the final payment is received your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days with a tracking number & $100 package insurance provided. (You may purchase additional insurance for $15, please state.) Once your order is packaged & ready for shipment I will send you photos and the tracking number to notify you it's on its way.

Custom Order process

Select Custom Service - Request a Quote below with personal information, detailed description, & photos with a website link for reference if available.

 We'll then contact you with a quote highlighting design & payment options regarding your request.

Confirm, then Purchase the "Queue Placement" deposit - $100. This will confirm & secure your placement in our limited capacity queue. (The $100 goes towards the project.You'll receive a confirmation with an invoice attached via email.

When you receive a confirmation, you'll then receive full access to our Bookings page. Book & Schedule a personal "Design Introduction Discussion" (DiD). This will include personal introduction, project details, projected due dates, and payment. If you do not wish to Book a phone call through our "Design Introduction Discussion" list "Contact me via email" to finalize project details & payment.

Once you've selected your personal design & payment options, 70% of the project's total cost will be due via invoice in order to start the project. Or you may select a payment plan with interest & a 50% deposit. Via Zelle Bank transfer, Venmo, Credit/Debit, Klarna, & Affirm are accepted. You'll receive a confirmation & invoice via email with all design options & payments on a finalized proposal.

Once the project has started I'll update you throughout the process. When the project is complete, I will contact you via email, phone, or text with final photos and for the final payment of the remaining balance.

When the final payment has been received, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days with a tracking number & $100 package insurance included. (You may purchase additional insurance for $15, please state.) Once your order is packaged & ready for shipment I will contact you with photos and the tracking number to notify you it's on its way.
